Oraro & Company Advocates has become a full Affiliate of AB & David Africa (ABDA), a Pan-African business law network with offices and affiliates in Ghana, Mauritius, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Uganda, and the fast-growing network of best friends which reaches 30 out of the 54 African countries. The ABDA Network is based on the need to ensure that businesses and projects succeed in Africa and focuses on helping clients minimize the risks associated with doing business on the continent.
As an Affiliate Member of ABDA, Oraro & Company Advocates will continue operating independently and offering professional legal services in Kenya while promoting the objectives of the ABDA. The partnership follows years of a working best friend’s relationship between Oraro & Company and ABDA.
“The consolidation of the ABDA/Oraro & Company Advocates relationship comes at a time when businesses are fast expanding across the African continent and the AfCFTA is set to present vast opportunities for trade, cross border transactions and the emergence of new Africa corporate giants.
