Carolyne Kamende Daudi has redefined the role of the Vice President of the Law Society of Kenya as the indefatigable champion of the welfare of Advocates more than any other holder of that office before her. She is always there when her learned colleagues need her shoulder to lean on. She is the first to come to mind when any Advocate is in trouble. Even at wee hours of the day, she always picks Advocates calls, never fails when called upon to help and goes out of the way to attend to the welfare of colleagues.
So committed is Carolyne Kamende in the pursuit of the welfare of Advocates of Kenya that many, even her friends and colleagues, assume that is all she does for living. But unbeknown to many, the LSK Vice President has perfected the art of time management and prioritizing, she is a full-time formidable legal practitioner who is very active in court and in midwifing commercial deals and transactions when not answering the distress calls of LSK Members.
